Village Apartments

The work at JCHC’s Village Apartments included the conversion of a four story wing of the building known as the Bierman Home from a self-contained assisted living unit to independent living apartments, consistent with use of the remainder of the building. The renovation of the wing reduced the overall number of apartments and allowed for the creation of much needed community spaces, all located on the first floor with direct access and visual connectivity to Vose Avenue and a private garden terrace area.
