This vertical Continuing Care Retirement Community takes advantage of a compact site to enrich the lifestyle of residents, with “front door” downtown connectivity to dining, arts, entertainment & services. With this project,
we were able to take advantage of the “back door” with a water front garden featuring majestic views of the Navesink River. DIGroupArchitecture raises the bar for high end, hospitality-driven design for senior living environments through our attention to every project detail.

DIGroupArchitecture is an award-winning, mid-sized architecture, interior design and graphic design firm with studios specializing in various areas of concentration: education, healthcare, senior housing and community-civic. A minority-owned business with a philosophy that everyone deserves great architecture, DIG is currently staffed with approximately 30 professionals and looking to expand our team and to fill the Architect III/Architectural Staff III position.

Desired Qualifications

Degree from a five-year or six-year accredited architectural program.
Minimum of 5-8 years of documentation experience.
Experience with field survey work and documentation of existing conditions.
Strong communication skills; verbal, written and drawn.
Driven, independent and technically adept individual to execute design and production of multiple projects.
Passion for understanding how building systems integrate with one another.
Competency with materials, construction techniques, code compliance, detailing.
Strong time-management skills to assure deadlines are met.
Ability to collaborate with Project Architect/Project Manager and outside consultants.
Understanding of Construction Administration process (submittal review, RFI preparation, tracking progress of construction project, etc.)
Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCad.
