DIGroupArchitecture breaks the mold of the traditional nursing home, creating a unique and vibrant
care environment for residents and staff members.

The unique floor plan of the Merwick Center, which features a series of interlocking rectangular shapes,
is a counterpoint to the institutional redundancy that is typical of senior care facilities. The small two-story
rectangular shapes form residential neighborhoods which then work together to define unique exterior
shapes and courtyards.
