Premium Health of Brooklyn NY retained DIGroup to design their new Extension Clinic for Women’s Health on 16th Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.
The general character of the space was developed by our in-house interior design staff working in concert with Premium senior staff to achieve a sleek spa-like, warm and inviting feel in direct opposition to the typical stark institutional setting of most ambulatory clinics. Custom designed backlit ceiling and wall treatments are featured in the lobby and clinical touchdown space.
The entire clinical space totals approximately 12,700 sf on the fourth floor and was designed and approved as an NYSDOH Article 28 compliant. The fifth floor which totals approximately 5,500 square feet houses the clinic management component of the clinic as well as some public educational spaces designed for community programs such as dietary and fitness education programs.
